As Promised, here is the comment from Cindy Taylor at AffairCare:
We use the “Lord’s Prayer” model:
- Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. — Praise God! He’s holy
Thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. — Pray that His will be done above all else
Give us this day our daily bread. — Ask for the things we need (not necessarily want)
And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. — Admit what you’ve done sinfully against God and forgive those who have wronged you too!
Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. — Ask God for His spiritual help to resist our temptations and grow in the Lord
For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever! — End up with more praise
Thanks for the cool example Cindy!!

WOOHOO–I hear this Affaircare chick is NUTS!
LOL You're very welcome for the example. I tried the popcorn model since you liked it so much Lisa, andDear Hubby and I just ended up talking…then going “Oops, we're supposed to be praying here!” So now I'm thinking of doing some structure and then popcorn in the middle. What's that–the Popcorn Sandwich model?
